As you climb the Spiral Staircase, you tend to find new friends along the way...the instant you meet, you know you'll be friends for a lifetime. Chef Mike is one of those guys. I had the great fortune of meeting him through Pablo at an open mic night at Buffalo Creek Guitar Company. He's a good soul with a gigantic heart...and apparently one fine chef, although he has yet to cook for me! *hint, hint* :)
